A unique hands-on component\, "Community Volunteer Day\," takes participants beyond traditional learning environments\, instilling a sense of social responsibility. The series culminates in specialized modules focusing on honing communication strategies tailored to the construction industry and navigating the intricate landscape of government affairs. By the program's end\, participants not only possess technical expertise but also exhibit authentic leadership\, fostering collaboration\, community impact\, and adept navigation of regulatory challenges in the dynamic construction environment.WHEN: Multiple scheduled dates throughout 2026 - March 18\, April 30\, May TBD\, Sept. 24\, Oct. 15\, and Nov. 12.
